some people who don't exercise daily their muscles will become weak one day and their lungs also will not work properly.

15.Spend Some Time alone
Go for some time at a peaceful place, Not much more then you can go only for half an hour. keep yourself away from the noise and your busy life. I think morning time is better for this doing. go to a park and sit on any bench or shed on the tree, close your eyes and do meditation there.after that you 100% feel your weightless shoulders.
